Schedule a Video Visit for Fast-Track Colonoscopy
If you answer NO to all the questions on the questionnaire, schedule a video visit with a gastroenterologist to receive your prescription and schedule your appointment for a colonoscopy.
If your answer is YES to any of these questions, please call one of our GI offices. To schedule an appointment for a colonoscopy online you must meet the following criteria:
- In the past 6 months, have you experienced new or out of the ordinary for you any constipation, diarrhea, blood in stool, rectal bleeding, or abdominal pain?
- Do you have any significant heart or lung conditions?
- Have you been diagnosed with end stage kidney disease or are you receiving dialysis?
- Are you currently using insulin for diabetes?
- In the past 6 months, have you been diagnosed with anemia?
- Are you prescribed any blood thinners, excluding aspirin? Common blood thinners include Coumadin (warfarin), Arixtra, Pradaxa, Plavix, Eliquis.
- Is your Body Mass Index (BMI) greater than 40? Calculate Your BMI using the Standard BMI Calculator Standard Body Mass Index calculator.
- Have you experienced any seizures recently?
- Are you under 45 or over 75?
