Montclair, NJ – (February 1, 2026) Mountainside Medical Group is pleased to welcome AnnGene Anthony, M.D., a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP) and board-certified family medicine physician, to its expanding care team. Dr. Anthony will lead the Mountainside’s new Menopause Care Clinic, enhancing access to specialized, comprehensive care for women experiencing midlife health changes.
The Menopause Care Clinic provides expert management of symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and mood changes; hormone therapy consultations; lifestyle and nutrition guidance; and preventive screenings to support long-term bone and cardiovascular health. Dr. Anthony is committed to helping patients navigate menopause with confidence through individualized care, education, and ongoing support.

She is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. Dr. Anthony earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in Newark, New Jersey, and a Master of Public Health from Brown University School of Public Health in Providence, Rhode Island. Dr. Anthony completed her residency in Family Medicine at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island/Brown University in Pawtucket, Rhode Island. She also completed a fellowship in Faculty Leadership Development in Family Medicine at Memorial Hospital of Rhode Island/Brown University.
