Our Adult Health Center is a state-of-the-art medical practice that provides safe, effective, high quality care for our patients in Montclair, New Jersey. We offer a wide range of health services for adults, including:

Your doctor will be part of a team of physicians who work closely together, so on occasion a colleague may step in to care for you if your doctor isn’t available.
Should you require more specialized care, we offer a variety of services at Mountainside Medical Center. Our specializations include everything from cardiology and neurology to pulmonary medicine, dermatology, gastrointestinal (GI) care, and oncology. However, your primary care doctor at the center will remain in contact with you, your family, and your specialist and continue to care for you after the specialist is no longer required. We can also arrange for tests, specialized outpatient services, or inpatient care at Mountainside Medical Center whenever needed.

First Time Visitors
The Adult Health Center is equipped to respond quickly to patient inquiries and care needs using its secure, state-of-the-art electronic records system. This allows physicians and other authorized members of your team to provide coordinated care and consult on your case from outside the confines of the office.
Please bring all available medical records including immunization history, test results, a list of past procedures and all current medications. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most insurance.

We are open Monday – Friday from 9am to 5pm. Same day appointments can be accommodated in most cases, but we encourage you to call with questions concerning your needs. If you need to speak with a physician and one isn’t immediately available, your call will be returned as soon as possible.
