About Peter Balazs, M.D.

Dr. Peter Balazs is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist, serving as a laborist at Mountainside Medical Center. He graduated from Semmelweis Medical University in Budapest, Hungary, in 2002. He initially trained as a Cardiac Surgery Resident (PGY I-II) in Hungary from 2003 to 2004 before transitioning to Obstetrics and Gynecology, where he completed his residency (PGY I-III) in Hungary from 2004 to 2008. Dr. Balazs then continued his advanced training as an Ob/Gyn Resident and Chief Resident at Mount Sinai School of Medicine.
