Dr. George Kruse is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and specializes in Psychiatry. He earned his medical degree from Rutgers-New Jersey Medical School and completed his residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine – Montefiore Medical Center from 1997 to 2001. During his residency, Dr. Kruse was recognized for his clinical excellence and leadership, serving as Chief Resident in his third year and Senior Chief Resident in his fourth year. He was also honored with the Psychiatric Resident Award of Excellence in 2000 and named Housestaff Officer of the Year in 2001.
