Dr. Hanna Carrasco is a family medicine physician who approaches care as a true partnership between doctor and patient. She values collaboration, open dialogue, and continuous learning, believing that the best healthcare outcomes are achieved when patients feel heard, supported, and actively involved in their care.

Dr. Carrasco earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Liberty University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Lynchburg, Virginia and completed her Family Medicine residency at Sovah Health in Danville, Virginia, where she served as Chief Resident. In this role, she supported fellow residents by advocating for their needs and strengthening communication between resident physicians and attending faculty.

She completed her undergraduate education at the University at Buffalo SUNY in Buffalo, New York, earning a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacology and Toxicology. Her osteopathic training informs her whole-person approach to medicine and her interest in addressing both physical symptoms and the broader factors that influence health.

Dr. Carrasco provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages, managing both acute illnesses and chronic conditions. She is especially committed to serving as an LGBTQ+ affirming provider, offering inclusive primary care, gender-affirming services, and connections to supportive community resources. She also incorporates Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (OMM) into her practice to further support patient wellness.

Outside of the office, Dr. Carrasco enjoys playing video games, boxing, drawing, antique shopping, collecting vinyl records, and spending quiet days with her cat.
