I was allowed to ask questions. Dr John really listened to me. It was an actual conversation, and not a one sided lecture. The session release informative, but also reassuring. I got a clear picture of what the procedure and results meant.

Extremely good listener with empathy and compassion, takes her time and explains everything with both experience and data as key points in determining treatment course. Very comprehensive, detailed and thorough and able to see the big picture and address most pressing concerns. Has new ideas and genuinely wants to figure out patients issues and improve their quality of life. She is truly an A+ physician and I'm impressed with both her clinical and interpersonal skills.
