Dr. Gupta is a family medicine physician committed to providing holistic, patient-centered care for individuals and families across all stages of life.
Dr. Gupta believes in building lasting relationships with her patients, grounded in trust, compassion, and open communication to empower them to take an active role in their health and well-being. Her care philosophy focuses on prevention, education, and collaboration, ensuring that each patient feels supported and informed throughout their care journey.
Dr. Gupta earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her Family Medicine residency at Capital Health in Pennington, New Jersey, where she served as Chief Resident. During her training, she led residency recruitment efforts, organized educational programming, and contributed to quality improvement initiatives, including a project aimed at enhancing postpartum depression screening in outpatient care.
Prior to medical school, Dr. Gupta earned both her Master of Engineering in Healthcare Systems Engineering and Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Health, Medicine, and Society from Lehigh University. Her strong background in healthcare systems and quality analytics enhances her ability to deliver efficient, evidence-based, and coordinated care.
She is fluent in Hindi and proficient in Spanish, which allows her to provide culturally sensitive care and connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
