MONTCLAIR, N.J. (April 14, 2025) – Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in collaboration with Loopwell, invites the community to Women’s Wellness Journey: A Celebration of Health & Self-Care on April 30 from 6-8 p.m. at Loopwell, located at 80 Maple Ave, Montclair, NJ. This event will provide expert medical insights and holistic health solutions in a welcoming, serene environment.
Women are the primary healthcare decision-makers in most households, yet their health often takes a backseat to other responsibilities. According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, women make approximately 80% of healthcare decisions for their families. Despite this, many women delay seeking preventive care and wellness support for themselves. This event aims to shift that paradigm by encouraging women to prioritize their well-being.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a meditative sound bath led by Loopwell, refresh their minds, and hear from leading female healthcare providers about self-care, preventative health, and wellness strategies.
